Provision of documents proving the link between the owner and the accommodation provider outside the administrative proceedings

If the accommodation provider is not the owner of the property (but is, for example, a tenant), a document proving the link between the property owner and the accommodation provider is also required in the case of proof of accommodation. The accommodation provider or the owner can provide the document himself, especially in the following cases:

• in the case of dormitories or accommodation establishments providing accommodation for a large number of foreigners,
• where the owner or accommodation provider cannot physically provide the foreigner with proof of this link.

You can provide the document at a Ministry of the Interior office, send it by post, Data Box or by e-mail with an recognised electronic signature, or you can submit it through an authorised representative.

If the owner or the accommodation provider provide the document by Data Box, it is necessary:

• Provide documents in authorized conversion format, unless they are electronic originals.
• Send the documents with an accompanying message as follows:

Subject of the message: OAMP – Name of the office (e.g., Kutná Hora) – doložení vztahu k nemovitosti mimo správní řízení

Text of the message:

Dobrý den,

mimo správní řízení dokládám vazbu mezi ubytovatelem a majitelem nemovitosti pro aktuální a budoucí řízení, týkající se všech ubytovaných cizinců.
