Application Rejected
The Ministry has rejected your application or discontinued the administrative procedure concerning your application. You will receive a written decision or resolution in this context. You may lodge an appeal against both the decision and the resolution within 15 days from the day you were notified of the decision.
A decision rejecting the application consists of three basic parts:
- The Statement: It contains specific legal provisions based on which the application was rejected. It may also advise you that you must leave the country, including the time limit in which you must do so.
- Grounds of the statement: Explains why the application was rejected and on the basis of which documents and evidence the decision was made.
- Your rights: Informs you how to proceed if you wish to appeal against this decision.
A resolution discontinuing the procedure consists of three basic parts:
- The Statement: It contains specific legal provisions based on which the proceedings were closed.
- Grounds of the statement: Describes the procedure and reasons that led to the discontinuation of the procedure.
- Your rights: Informs you how to proceed if you wish to appeal against this resolution.
