Correction of errors in the application and collection of documentation for issuing the decision
If, after submission, an error is identified in your application during the administrative procedure, you will be notified in writing to correct it. Where a processing period has been stipulated for the administrative authority to issue a decision, the administrative procedure is suspended until the error is corrected1.
In its notice, the Ministry will always specify precisely what the error is, what must be done to correct it, and whether you must appear in person at the office to do so. The notice also states the form in which you are to submit the document. The Ministry will set a period for this. This period may be extended in justified cases upon your written request.
Submit the required documentation within the specified periods. Failure to provide it constitutes grounds for discontinuance of the administrative procedure. During the administrative procedure, you may also submit other documents that you consider important for the assessment of your application.
