Duplicate Account
If your account has been permanently blocked due to duplication, it means that a verified account with your data already exists in the Information Portal for Foreigners. Each foreigner may hold only one verified account; any additional accounts created are automatically blocked.
To continue using the portal, you must sign in to your original user account. You can do so in the following ways:
A. If you only do not remember the password to your original user account, you can reset it by entering your original e-mail address — click “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions.
B. If you do not know the original e-mail address or you no longer have access to it, you can sign in via an electronic identity (e.g., NIA ID, bank identity). After signing in with an electronic identity, you will gain access to the original account and can then change the registration e-mail and password.
C. In other cases, you must request the official cancellation of the account and then create a new one. An authorised user may cancel the account by delivering the Account Cancellation Request form. Delivery is possible in the manner set out in § 37 of Act No. 500/2004 Coll. (e.g., by registered post, in person at a contact office, or via Data Box).
