Certificate of Belonging to a Czech Community Living Abroad
If you are a Czech living abroad and you are applying for a permanent residence for reasons of special consideration1 , you must provide a certificate that you belong to a Czech community living abroad. This certificate is issued by a Special Envoy for Czechs Living Abroad Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs upon a written application.
