Confirmation of Fulfilment of the Requirements for Issuance of the Employee Card or the Blue Card
A Confirmation of Fulfilment of the Requirements is a document issued by the Ministry of the Interior if you fulfil the requirements for issuance of an employee card or a blue card. In most cases, after receiving this confirmation, it is possible to start the employment.
When can you start the employment according to the Confirmation of Fulfilment of the Requirements?
At the earliest, you can start the employment on the day the Confirmation was issued. This does not apply if you are residing in the Czech Republic temporarily without a visa. You can only start the employment when you are residing in the Czech Republic with a short-term or a long-term visa (including a D/VR visa) or with a residence permit.
How and where is it possible to receive the Confirmation of Fulfilment of the Requirements?
Most often, you will receive the Confirmation of Fulfilment of the Requirements for Issuance of the Employee Card or the Blue Card upon registration at a Ministry of the Interior office after your arrival in the country. Afterwards, your biometric data are collected and you receive your biometric card. Usually, only after the card has been issued is the administrative procedure concluded. However, with the Confirmation of Compliance you can start the employment before conclusion of the procedure.
