Notification of Fulfilment/Non-fulfilment of the Requirements for Change of Employment
A Notification of Fulfilment/Non-fulfilment of the Requirements for a change of employer, work position of an Employee Card holder, or their employment with another employer or in another work position is a document through which the Ministry of the Interior informs you whether your report of such a change meets the legal requirements for the change.
If you hold an Employee Card without free access to the labour market and have reported a change in your employment, the notification will be delivered to both you and the employer you reported.
The Ministry of the Interior sends the notification by post or via Data Box immediately after assessing the report. You can start working in the new position once the notification of fulfilment has been delivered to you or your reported employer, but not earlier than the date of the change stated in the notification form.
If the legal requirements are not met, the Ministry of the Interior will inform you of the reasons for the non-fulfilment. If you hold a valid Employee Card, you may report the change again.
