From August 26 to September 4, 2026, the Central Database of Vacancies (EVPM), administered by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA), will be under maintenance.
Due to the maintenance, it will not be possible to process reports of a change of employer. The maintenance may cause the period for the issuance of the Notification of Fulfilment of the Requirements to be extended.
Reports of a change of employer, as well as applications for the issuance or extension of the validity of an Employee Card, will continue to be accepted. If, at the time of submission of the application, the vacancy is not published due to EVPM maintenance, it must be published in EVPM after the system is back in operation and provided as part of the application, as this is an obligatory part of it.
The maintenance may also cause an extension of the period in administrative procedures for the issuance or extension of Employee Cards of foreign nationals without free access to the labour market, as the use of this database is required by law in such cases. The same situation may arise particularly for Blue Card holders.
