From March 1, 2025, a government decree introducing free access to the Czech labour market for citizens of Taiwan came into effect.
Please note that free access to the labour market does not give you the right to reside in the Czech Republic. You still need to apply for a residence permit according to the standard procedures, depending on the type of permit.
